The problem
After our successful passage in 2015, during which we acoustically optimized two video conference rooms at The Reference, the company contacted us in 2016 with a new challenge. Because of their focus on quality, the company experienced spectacular growth. As a result, the number of employees grew exponentially. To allow everyone to work comfortably in the large office spaces, some acoustic interventions were urgently needed.
Our solution
Our account manager went on site and made a thorough analysis of the situation. The sales area was tackled first. Two partitions on wheels (COUSTscreen) and two suspended ceiling panels (COUSTceilings) were enough to convince our client to continue working with us. The chat boxes of the sales department were provided with a number of wall panels (COUSTpanels) with nice prints, which perfectly matched the materials already present. Because of our good results, we were then also allowed to tackle the large landscape offices. Here we installed several suspended ceiling panels (COUSTceilings) on the concrete ceiling. A few standing screens and a wall panel in the kitchen complete the picture by delineating the coffee corner.
Result
The more than 80 employees in the large landscape office were not keen on installing desk screens. The suspended ceiling panels we therefore installed were sometimes of large caliber (up to 4 meters long) and therefore a real challenge to lift over the light fixtures, air conditioning, lighting and beams. The result was simply stunning. A satisfied customer with satisfied employees, and a few months later another expansion already took place.
